Objective: To empower women and promote gender equality by training women as solar technicians and entrepreneurs.

At Vedanshi Energy Association, we believe in the power of women to lead and innovate, especially in fields where they are underrepresented. The "Solar Sisterhood" Empowerment Program is designed to illuminate paths to independence and leadership for women through education in solar technology and entrepreneurship. "Solar Sisterhood" aims to address gender disparities in the renewable energy sector by offering women training programs in solar panel installation, maintenance, and entrepreneurship. This initiative not only equips women with high-demand technical skills but also supports them in starting their own solar businesses, fostering economic independence and leadership in their communities.

Key Initiatives under "Solar Sisterhood" Empowerment Program
